◆ This spot booking offer is valid only for bookings made at the BBCL stall during the CREDAI Fairpro Exhibition held from 20th February to 22nd February.
◆ The offer is applicable only to customers who complete spot booking formalities and remit the required spot booking amount during the exhibition dates.
◆ Gifts are applicable only to confirmed bookings and are subject to realization/clearance of payment.
◆ Gifts shall be delivered within two (2) weeks from the date of confirmed booking, subject to availability.
◆ All gifts are subject to stock availability. In the event a particular gift is unavailable, BBCL reserves the right to substitute it with another gift of similar value at its discretion.
◆ Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
◆ In the event of cancellation of booking, the customer shall not be entitled to retain the gift and must return the gift (if already delivered) or its equivalent value shall be deducted from the refund amount.
◆ BBCL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at its sole discretion without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
◆ Final decision regarding eligibility and gift allocation rests solely with BBCL.
